Bill Introduced to Provide Funding for High Speed Rail

Representative James Oberstar (Minnesota) has introduced the “Rail Infrastructure Development and Expansion Act for the 21st Century” (H.R. 6004). The bill would create a tax exemption for bonds that fund high speed rail projects.
