Rep. Rosa DeLauro (CT) has introduced a bill (H.R. 402) to create a board-managed, national infrastructure bank capable of financing projects in a variety of areas. The bill would authorize capitalization of up to $5 billion annually for five years. The bank would sunset after 15 years.
