Bill Introduced to Study Pharmaceutical Disposal
Rep. Candice Miller (Michigan) has introduced the Drug Free Water Act of 2008(H.R. 6451). The bill would direct the Environmental Protection Agency to convene a task force to recommend proper methods for disposal of unused pharmaceuticals and methods of publicize them.
