New Features on Infrastructure Watch

We previously announce our focus pages when we introduced the Transportation focus page.  Now we’ve added a focus page for Water.  Readers may have noticed that water infrastructure gets more attention than other subjects on Infrastructure Watch; it’s simply because that is the field I work in.
