The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee recently recognized Missouri as the state that has most aggressively moved wastewater projects funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). This is very good news considering that Missouri was the last state in the Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 7 to be awarded ARRA funds for the CWSRF.
