Proposed House Resolution Supports National Public Works Week

Rep. James Oberstar (Minn.) introduced a resolution (H. Res. 313) supporting the goals and ideas of National Public Works Week. NPWW is an education campaign of the American Public Works Association to publicize the importance of public works. The week will be observed May 17-23, 2009.
