Brownfields Reauthorization Bill Introduced

Leaders of the House Tranpsortation and Infrastructure Committee have introduced Brownfields Reauthorization Act of 2008 (H.R. 5336). The bill would extend authorization for brownfields grants programs through 2012, modify provision related to hazardous waste cleanup and emergency response training, and add a green building provision to the brownfields grants prioirities.
