Bill Introduced to Create Twenty-First Century Water Commission

Senator Johnny Isakson (Georgia) has introduced the Twenty-First Century Water Commission Act of 2008 (S. 2728). The bill would create a commission to study water resources issues nationally. The commission would have three years to complete its study and report to the President and Congress.
