Bill Introduced to Prohibit Federal Funding of Trans-Texas Corridor

Representative Ron Paul (Texas) has introduced a bill (H.R. 5191) that would prohibit federal funding for a highway project referred to as the Trans-Texas Corridor. This would prohibit use of federal fund on the project by any federal, state, or local agency.
