National Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2007 Passes Senate

The National Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2007 (S.775) passed the senate and was referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The bill would establish a National Commission on Infrastructure. The commission would study and report on the infrastructure needs of the United States with the report due by February 15, 2009. The commission would terminate by September 30, 2010.
