Missouri Governor Jay “Boondoggle Bridge” Nixon has appointed Jerry F. Bagby to the Missouri Alternative Fuels Commission. Bagby is co-owner of Global Fuels LLC, a biodiesel refinery in Stoddard County (Infrasturcture Watch’s boyhood home) that produces three million gallons per year. A graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in agricultural economics, he also has farmed for many years in southeast Missouri. His term ends March 25, 2012.
