New Member Appointed Missouri Dam & Reservoir Safety Council

Missouri Gov. Jay “Boondoggle Bridge” Nixon has appointed Tommy J. Waddell to the Dam and Reservoir Safety Council. Waddell is retired from a career in the construction industry. His term ends April 13, 2012.
